Questions about ticketing, or general problems with the ticketing portion of our site, should be directed to Ticketweb. Once there, click on "Help Desk" in the upper right-hand corner. Remember, hard-copy tickets can also be purchased, in-person, at Waterloo Records, End of an Ear,or Sound on Sound Records.

Questions, comments, suggestions, etc. concerning the website, can be submitted to the webmaster, who may or may not get back to you.
